Birthday crowns

Each crown measures 22cm wide and 15cm tall. 38cm of ribbon is attached either side to tie at the back of the head. The inside is padded with foam so the crown to allow the crown to keep its shape. It is finished with pom poms to finish the look. 
This would be perfect to celebrate birthdays in school or at home.
